[Remind-Fans] Problem specifying Nth Tuesday of a Month

Wouldn't it be eaiser to simply specify the second Tuesday of the month 
rather than the Tuesday after the second Monday?  Am I missing something?

Yes I must read the man page - but it is quite long - 3600 lines.  The 
examples are a great way to demonstrate the proper way of using remind but I 
didn't find an example that dealt with what I was trying to do.
