[Remind-Fans] Rem2Ps and small next/prev Calendars

Looking at the generated PostScript, it doesn't look like there is any
way with just prologue code.  In a quick experiment, it was easy to
move the mini-calendars up to the same level as the month name, and I
suspect that with only a slight bit more tinkering I could put them on
either side of the month name, but in order to do it, you'd have to
modify more than just prologue code...
