[Remind-Fans] Second Saturday of every 3rd month?

OK, I'm sure it is possible to make a reminder that is triggered
7PM on the 2nd Saturday of every third month (starting in October),
but I have yet to get my brain wrapped around just how to
ask remind to do that. Can anyone help?

A Qt3 "theme-able" reminder message popup program for
generating popus that are hard to miss. (This is
a work in progress, so docs are currently nonexistent,
and I doubt it runs in Windows since there are
definitely unix specific bits in the source :-).
