[Remind-Fans] delayed start, and omitting a range

Two questions:

My kids have weekly classes starting a week from Saturday. If I put a reminder
for Saturdays, remind will alert me to tomorrow, which I don't want. Instead,
I'm using the non-weekly reminder support. 

REM Jan 12 2008 AT 09:00 DURATION 01:00 *7 MSG Class

Is this the best way to do a recurring reminder with a delayed start?

Also, I want to OMIT several days while we're on vacation. Can I do that
without adding an OMIT line for each day to omit? OMITs don't support ranges
do they?
