[Remind-Fans] Release announcment, rem2ics 0.92

Well,

Another interesting idea which I also agree... But as rem2ics is a single
file, the inclusion in the remind package is a simpler option. Maybe a
package like remind-extras to include eg wxremind and other contributions
from the group.
