[Remind-Fans] wyrd and Locale

wxRemind supports locale settings and uses utf-8 encodings by default 
so displaying weekday and month names in German should be automatic. 
Note, however, that remind itself requires that English weekday and 
Month names be used in REM entries in your reminders file.
