[Remind-Fans] Probe with every second Wednesday

It worked for me because i made two other recurrencies for dates on
the first tuesday or Wednesday of the month
So i wrote 'Tue 1' in the manner of my wrong interpretation of ' first
tuesday of the month', but only in this case it worked ;) Not for 'Wed
2' . But now it is right.
