[Remind-Fans] help with rem2ics installation?

I'm interested in using rem2ics but am too ignorant to know how to
install it. I have downloaded rem2ics-0.92.tar.gz and extracted the
files. I now have 3 files: rem2ics, rem2ics-Makefile, and
rem2ics.spec. I don't know what types of files these are or what to do
next.

If anyone could point me to installation instructions or let me know
what to do next, I would be grateful.
