Thanks, commenting a few lines in init.c solved it for 03.01.09.

Initially, I didn't try because I assumed David had obfuscated it more thoroughly, as he wrote:

	"I hope you tinkerers enjoy finding it! :)"

My thanks again to David for protesting Apple's behaviour but it's not necessary to resort to crippleware. :}
