[Remind-Fans] Quick add in Wyrd and Scandinavian characters

Remind itself only has problems with multi-byte characters if you try
to generate an "ascii art" calendar with the -c option.  Wolfgang Kroener
sent me a patch that I keep meaning to merge... I'll try to make it in
for the next release.
