[Remind-Fans] Newer remind.vim syntax in the wild

Looks like the /examples/remind.vim in the main remind dist is an older
version of the work done by Davide Alberani, which now seems to be
available elsewhere:

Not sure if it would be better to just try to merge his more recent
changes into the version distributed with remind, or to stop
distributing it, or what.
