[Remind-Fans] Change in Server Mode output

Hi,

Previously, a reminder like this:

  REM 12 Oct 2010 AT 15:18 MSG %"It's Time%" %1%

would output a line like this:

  NOTE reminder 3:18pm 3:18pm *

Now, it outputs a line like this:

  NOTE reminder 3:18pm 3:18pm

The man page for tkremind still specifies that the tag will be '*' if
it is not specified, but that no longer appears to be the case. Is this
a bug in the documentation or the code?
