Yes, I can duplicate it too:

REM RUN echo test
REM MSG test

results in no banner.  The problem is:

1) REM RUN ... does not trigger a banner

2) But it does increment $NumTrig

3) Which suppresses the banner for the second REM command.

I suppose this is a bug... but what's the best way to fix it?
Issue a banner for RUN commands?  Or not count them when deciding whether
or not to issue a banner for a MSG-type command?
