Not really.

You're better off parsing remind -p.  Its format is documented in the
rem2ps(1) man page in the REM2PS INPUT FORMAT section.

It's not a bug.  It's deeply ingrained in the architecture of Remind
and is difficult to change without a more-or-less complete rewrite.
