[Remind-Fans] curious parsing of AT clause ignores times

I expected an error message about "more than one time; only using 23:59":

$ echo "REM [today()] AT 00:00 00:30 00:40 00:50 01:00 01:30 14:59 23:59 MSG Test [trigtime()] hi" | remind -v -q -

Output (no error message issued for ignored times):

Reminders for Wednesday, 27th May, 2015 (today):

Test 23:59 hi
