I'm sure this is a pretty basic question, but I can't see to do it.
I have a repeating meeting at the same time Monday and Wednesday at
10am. It usually runs 2 hours. I want to say something like

REM Monday, Wednesday AT 10:00 DURATION 2 MSG CCSS Meeting

But that gives an Ill-formed time error

But if I go

REM Monday, Wednesday 10:00 DURATION 2 MSG CCSS Meeting

Which doesn't really work either. Should I just put 10:00-1200? Just Seems like an ugly way to do
it, and I don't really like how it looks in the calendar.

Anyway, I've used remind for years, but very basic usage. Remind about birthdays and stuff like
that. I've realized that I haven't used it much in a professional setting and it sure would make my
life a little more efficient if I could figure that out.

Sorry for the wall of stuff, and thanks for any help.
