[Remind-Fans] why are reminders not editable anymore

I don't know what's happening to you, but I thought I would mention 
that I have successfully edited tkremind reminders with a text editor. 
All I've ever had to do to get the revised reminder was to tell 
tkremind to go to a different month and then back again.
