[Remind-Fans] sunrise() and sunset() are 1 hour behind

In remind:

now() = gives current time which is British Summer Time (BST)
minsfromutc() = 60

However sunrise() and sunset() are 1 hour behind.

P.S.

Afterwards, I set $CalcUTC to 0, and then I had to set $MinsFromUTC to 
120 ?? to get sunrise() and sunset() correct.

Also, sunrise() and sunset() are slightly different from the values in 
Emacs (with the same coordinates). Is there a reason for this?
