[Remind-Fans] Countdown message that only includes weekdays

OOPS!  I totally missed that "and holidays" in the OP's mail :(
Now I'm embarrassed!

I tried what you posted - it doesn't show on "Today" that a report is due in x
days.  The other two are my feeble attempt:  :(
