As Craig B. Agricola said, we'd need to see *why* it failed.  Could you please
go into the remind-03.03.00/tests/ directory and send us the output
of this command:

   diff -u test.cmp test.out

You can also force Remind to install by leaving out the "&& make test" portion
of the command line, but I think it's better to figure out why the test failed
first.
