Looking at src/Makefile it looks like you want to remove

  ${DESTDIR}${bindir}/{remind,rem2ps,rem,tkremind,cm2rem.tcl}

for the binaries, and

  ${DESTDIR}${mandir}/{rem2ps,remind,tkremind,cm2rem,rem}.1
