`tcllib` is in the AUR [1].

Probably won't get too much of a response, until a TU decides to adopt
tcllib and put it into <community>; I don't think an AUR package can
even be listed as an OPTDEPEND for an official package.

amendment to the Senate amendment to the bill.  The original Senate amendment
was the conference agreement on the bill.  Agreed to.
