[Remind-Fans] Letting an OMIT drive the SKIP/BEFORE/AFTER?

Hi,

So... I took a look at the source code.  And unfortunately, I cannot
implement this idea.  Remind needs to know the adjustment value
(BEFORE/AFTER/SKIP) before it can even compute a trigger date, so
it's not possible for it to depend on the OMIT.

The specific code that needs this info is in trigger.c around line
318, and it is executed before the trigger date can be computed.

So sorry. but won't happen.
