[Remind-Fans] second friday with date range

I think this is unambiguous and should be allowed:

    REM SECOND FRIDAY Feb  9 2024 UNTIL Apr 12 2024

It gives:

    foo(1): Day specified twice
    No reminders.

Of course I don't care about the days and really want to say just this:

    REM SECOND FRIDAY Feb 2024 UNTIL Apr 2024

but I get:

    foo(1): UNTIL: Incomplete date specification
    No reminders

You know what I want.  Is there a better idiom for specifying "second
friday" within a date range?
