[Remind-Fans] xth working day of the month?

This question was previously posted by another user and never answered.
 I would like to be able to set a remind item for the xth working day
of the month (i.e., a project is due on the 6th working day of every
month).  Has anyone generated remind code to do this?  Replies much appreciated!
