[Remind-Fans] RUN prefix bug?

Hi!

So I was having a problem with "REM RUN" commands (I'm setting up to send
SMS messages for reminders).  After a bit of stupidity, I figured out that
what was happening was that the prefix in the "defs.rem" file included with
the release was being added to the system calls I was trying to make.  As I
understand it, prefix/suffix should only be added to MSG and MSF commands?
If so, I think a small edit in dorem.c is required?
