[Remind-Fans] A complicated reminder

Dear All

I have a reminder which is fired daily and, within the same day, hourly. 
However, sometimes I want to deactivate the reminder (ONLY for the rest 
of the day) after having been reminded once or twice in the same day. Is 
there a way of doing it automatically without having to comment (and 
uncomment) the reminder line in the file .reminders? Any ideas?
