[Remind-Fans] alarm notifications without tkremind in wyrd?

Please, where I launch the command ?

remind -z -k'gxmessage -title "reminder" %s &' ~/.reminders &

To put it on the .cshrc or .profile files seems to be a not very smart
option due to the many xterms I use ...
