[Remind-Fans] Re: Does 'OMIT' apply to the '-#' part, too? If so, any way to work around?

You know, the last two messages I've sent to the list have garnered no response whatsoever. Is it just that I need to change my brand of deoderant, or is there a technical thing going on preventing my messages from hitting the list?

Okay. What I used to have was:
REM 1 -1 OMIT Sat Sun MSG Payday.%
REM 16 -1 OMIT Sat Sun MSG Payday.%
But ... now I'm at a place where payday is the next-to-last-day of the month, UNLESS that falls on a weekend, in which case it occurs on the preceding weekday.
However, unless I'm mistaken, the "OMIT" also factors in the "-#" you put in there to count backwards.
For example:
REM 1 -2 OMIT Sat Sun MSG Payday.%
Ends up making my next payday fall on the 29th. It falls on the 30th.
Essentially, I need it to only "OMIT" weekends from the actual date itself, not the countdown days, too. Any ideas?
Mike
