[Remind-Fans] How "second Thursday of every month, starting with May 2006, ending Sep 2009"?

It's very easy to say "every two weeks" by using *14

And it's very easy to say "second Thursday of every month",
by saying 

     REM Thu [8] MSG something

the the problem with that, is that it's the second Thursday of *every* month,
from 1990 to 2020.

How do I constrain it down to just a given series of months?
