[Remind-Fans] basing task recurrance schedule on completed date/time

Ahhh, I get it.  That's not 100% automated, but probably not so
difficult that I'll forget to do it. It would also give me a little
flexibility in  deciding how long to postpone the next reminder to (i.e.
I should mow more often in the spring than in the fall).  Thanks.
