REM [trigger(moondate(2)-2)] MSG %"Not Quite Full Moon%" %b%

To have it remind you for 2 days before the Full Moon:

REM [trigger(moondate(2))] +2 MSG %"Full Moon%" %b%

Warning: I'm still learning.  Not tested.
