[Remind-Fans] Counting Business Days in Remind

Hi,  I've been trying to figure out how to get remind to count only business
days.  For example, I really want a reminder that arrives on the 10th
business day of the month.  I've looked at the calendar, and the closest I
can figure out is:

 

REM 15 -1 omit sat sun msg My reminder

 

since the 14th should always be at least 10 business days into the month.
However, it's not perfect, sometimes, the 14th is not the 10th business day.
Also, I'd like a more generic solution.
