[Remind-Fans] Counting Business Days in Remind

Yeesh.  I could have sworn that it didn't work all the time, when I looked
at the calendar last night.  But, in the light of day, when I test each and
every month for the next year, it still works.  I guess it just "looks"
wrong to me.
