[Remind-Fans] canadian victoria day

Hello all,
  I have just subscribed to the list so forgive me if this question
has been posted before, but I am trying to enter some Canadian
holidays into my .reminders file and am struggling with the conditions
for Victoria Day:

Victoria Day: the Monday preceding May 25

Anyone have any tips how to enter this? I think that it will use the
--num modifier but not sure how. Thanks!
