[Remind-Fans] OS X Address Book birthdays -> remind

Hi everyone,

I wrote a simple OS X command-line tool to dump Address Book
birthday information into a format that Remind can use. It's
only been tested on 10.4, but in theory it should work fine on
10.3 and 10.2 as well.

Just thought I'd share... please shoot me an email if it doesn't
work right for you.
