[Remind-Fans] Timezone support

Hi all!

How can I get support for different timezones with remind? Ideally, I
would like to associate a default timezone for all time values with no
explicit timezone information. And, I would like to set the timezone
of a time value explicitly using a syntax similar to the one in the
following example:

  REM Apr 6 2007 AT 11:00 Samoa time DURATION 1:00 MSG ICFP Deadline
