I would be very keen to hear of an answer to the vice-versa. I have no
problem with rem2ics in the one direction (which I do manually by
deleting all entries in my google calendar and then loading in the
remind one as I only use google when I'm away somewhere without my
laptop).

What would be particularly useful would be a google->remind
translation that would then allow me to pick up only those entries
which had changed or been added to google compared with what I
uploaded before leaving on a trip...

  fantastic tools all around and I'd be lost without them.
