[Remind-Fans] a slacker syntax for .reminders ?

ugh... I think adding that to Remind itself is a bit hackish.  A preprocessor
is much nicer/easier:

extract-rem.pl outline.txt | remind ... -

This could even be wrapped in a shell script "rem-outline" or somesuch.
