+ MINOR ENHANCEMENTS

o rem2html now uses CSS for a much better-looking calendar.
  NOTE: rem2html was completely rewritten and some of the command-line
  options have changed!

o If a reminder has a DURATION clause, then the starting and ending times
  are output in calendar mode.

+ BUG FIXES

o DST rules in "defs.rem" were updated to reflect new US/Canadian DST rules.

o If a REM command cannot compute a trigger date, the SATISFY expression
  is not evaluated.  This helps avoid spurious error messages in some
  reminders.
