[Remind-Fans] Recurring reminders except on specific dates?

Hi, I was wondering how you can set up a recurring weekly reminder but
to omit a specific date. Something like:

REM Mon OMIT 19 Nov 2007 AT 16:30 UNTIL Dec 1 2007 DURATION 1:00 SKIP MSG CSE888 in DL698 %a %2

The above doesn't quite work but that is what I am aiming at. Thanks!
