You did not create a new omit context... I didn't see any PUSH/POP statements.

If you want that, then you need:

PUSH-OMIT-CONTEXT
OMIT 9 Feb 2008
OMIT 10 Feb 2008
# ...
OMIT 29 Feb 2008

REM Tue +4 -1 SKIP MSG DS-Hausaufgaben ...
REM Mon +4 -1 SKIP MSG Info-Hausaufgaben ...

POP-OMIT-CONTEXT

Hmmm... there may be weird interactions with the -1 and SKIP... what
exactly are you trying to do?
