[Remind-Fans] Hiding completed reminders that recur later on

I tried using Remind for tasks, but eventually found that it worked
better for me just for alerting me of events or deadlines that are
going to happen no matter what I do.

For tasks, I use a command-line todo manager called todo.txt:

The bundle here:

contains a script called todo-cron.py which handles events that
recur regularly.

I've also modified the system to handle tasks that recur with
irregular frequency, an idea I originally got from a thread on this
very mailing list.
