[Remind-Fans] Release announcment, rem2ics 0.92

I have released rem2ics 0.92

rem2ics will convert the output of "remind -s" into correct RFC2445  
iCalendar format.
The previous release of rem2ics chokes on timed reminders with  
duration using `remind -s` as it functions in remind version 03.01.03.  
Remind 3.01 had changed how the -s data is formated for events that  
have a duration.
