I just built an rpm here:

Here are some suggestions:

- include the Makefile in the tarball, it makes installing and building the 
manpage a little easier for everyone
- include the license of GPLv2 and GPLv3 in the tarball
- put everything into a directory within the tarball: rem2ics-$VERSION

The rpm is created for Fedora, so maybe it does not work for other RPM based 
distros.
