[Remind-Fans] From remind to Google calendar

The solution:
I had to remove ~/.cpan
then I used
> cpan
exit
on the shell I used again
> sudo cpan -i iCal::Parser DateTime
Now ical2rem seems to work partially
However it requests local time zone
$ ical2rem.pl
Cannot determine local time zone
Attempt to free unreferenced scalar: SV 0x878df18, Perl interpreter:
0x8153008.
