[Remind-Fans] Sunrise/sunset bug?

I can't reproduce this problem.  I created the following file:

set $MinsFromUTC 60
set $LatDeg 51
set $LatMin 14
set $LatSec 44
set $LongDeg -1
set $LongMin -8
set $LongSec -2

REM AT [sunrise()] MSG %"sunrise%" %3
REM AT [sunset()] MSG %"sunset%" %3
MSG Running Remind [version()]
#=====================================

and when I run it, here's the output:

Reminders for Saturday, 30th August, 2008 (today):

sunrise at 06:04

sunset at 19:46

Running Remind 03.01.05
