[Remind-Fans] Bug: date_spec and the turn of the year

Hi, all,

OK, it was a bug.  :-( Remind behaves differently if we cross the year
boundary.  That's just wrong.

I've committed a fix into git; the adventurous can pull my git repository
and test:

git clone http://git.roaringpenguin.com/Remind.git ./Remind
