[Remind-Fans] Can I have a message and run a command on a reminder?

Hi,
I'd like to be able to do something like :-

REM Dec 20 +7 RUN [_mailme("something")] MSG "something"

but it doesn't want to work for me.

Is there some way I can have a message (so that it will show up on a calendar)
and a RUN, so I can send myself reminder emails ?
