I can't think of a nice way to do this.  It seems to me it'd have to
be done with two reminders:

REM 28 Jul 2009 SATISFY 1
REM 28 Jul 2009 PRIORITY [p(P_APPOINTMT,T)] MSG ...

Within the second reminder, trigdate() will have whatever value it
had after the first reminder in any expression evaluated before the MSG
